Returns

Aus Vape King wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, our returns policy covers you under the following conditions:

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Devices must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with seals intact
• Faulty or defective devices are covered under our warranty process – contact us with your order number and a description of the fault

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return
2. We confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
3. Once your item is received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used e-liquids, pods, coils and disposable devices cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or refund you – guaranteed.
