Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order.

Faulty or incorrect items: If a product is faulty or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind: Because vaping products are personal-use items, change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed items. Please contact us before returning anything.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
